Chad & Shannon Burns founded C & S Cleaning Inc. in 2000. Both are former police officers. Chad is President and oversees Operations. Shannon is Secretary/Treasurer and manages Marketing & Sales. Both believe in hiring quality personnel through law enforcement standard screening, to provide quality service.
